Hi,
so I got this behaviour in past and the problem was a misconfiguration of my cluster agents. How you have created/loaded resource inside the EM? EM does not neet to monitor them as a single standalone processes but needs to be configure to monitor the whole cluster. Only in this was EM is able to automatilly understand that a relocation of a listener scan or a database res inside the cluster nodes should be automatically monitored by other nodes.
