expdp fails with ORA-31693 and ORA-01555

Hi,
I'm having problems when I do export with expdp of my database .. It is a large database (130GB).
I have ORA-31693, ORA-02354, ORA-01555, ORA-00604, ORA-08180, ORA-06512 errors.
Export script calls firstly to another script for getting flashback_scn value (it is saved running "select
FLASHBACK_SCN='||TO_CHAR(dbms_flashback.get_system_change_number) from dual;"), and it saves it in a .par file (export script uses this .par file then).

I will try that, the last reply, is it correct? Or I can have the same errors if my database backup takes many time? It takes 7-8 hrs for doing export.
