Jared Still had a utility that would pull data into a file while simultaneously creating the sql*loader control file to reload it. I think it's still available at http://www.jaredstill.com/utilities.html

Subject: Non-Sql data extraction (recovery tools)

Does anyone know of any freeware/shareware tools for pulling data directly from Oracle database files, into sql loader format or similar? I have seen some commercial tools on the market, and I would like to find out more about that capability.
