tru64-linux conversion

I have a requirement to convert an old tru64 oracle instance (10.2.0.4) to linux 86_64, also oracle 10.2. I have the required software, what is the best method to convert, I can see I dont have an endian conversion problem, can I set up a physical standby as the conversion method? If not, what is the best method?
