The August issue of the NoCOUG Journal contains an interesting interview with C. J. Date and Hugh Darwen. They have criticized SQL in the past but this is the first time that they have addressed the issue of NoSQL. If you're puzzled by the NoSQL phenomenon, the interview is a good read. The Journal can be downloaded from http://www.nocoug.org/Journal/NoCOUG_Journal_201308.pdf.

The NoCOUG Journal is a volunteer publication and suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Kindest regards,
