ASM local listener

Hi!
We were applying PSU 11.2.0.3.6 to ASM and found the SPFILE had been updated with a local listener entry. LISTENER_+ASM
We weren't using a local listener so we took it out. And we put back the other SPFILE entries we had previously added.
