You don't think Oracle is possibly using download monitoring to try to sell additional services do you Tim?
# Recently I've been getting phone calls after pretty much every download (otn and edelivery) asking if I need Oracle consultancy help to install and/or upgrade the products. So has my colleague. I guess our company has been flagged as helpless muppets.
