Hi Hans,

I installed 12c on Linux but in the screen to choose the installation (SE, SE1 or Enterprise), there is no option to choose personal edition. If you click the help in the 12c install screen it says that Personal edition is only available for Windows. So conflicting information still. You cannot choose enterprise edition to install as the database says whether its enterprise or personal edition. I have had a personal edition license for many years and I would also like to be able to install on Linux not Windows.

cheers

Pete
