Kellyn, what I find mystifying is you feel there is a need to explain to me what EM12c is and how long it's been out. Please note: Peter Sharman (is?) was the product manager for EM12c since it started as a product. Peter lives in Australia, where I also live. He talks often at the user group that I help run. I have attended three seminars on 12c in the last 24 months, one of them with Peter. One of the guys who works with me tried to install and work with GC12c, first release, for our new OEL-based group monitor. And you believe I don't know EXACTLY and PRECISELY what EM12c is and what it can do, now and in the last 12 months?

Really? So all those claiming it's only stable after 12.1.0.3 are what? Misguided? Let me clarify one thing for you: in my dictionary, "cornerstone"is not a synonym for "stable". Never was, never will be. Apart from inflamed minds of some marketeers. And NO, I am NOT calling you a "marketeer"! :-)

We are completely in agreement here. And guess which release of db I am NOT considering for production until 2015? It really is very simple. ;-)
