For separation of duty, I installed Clusterware under user 'grid'. (not sure whether this relevant yet)
12c Listener metadata apparently not in CC 12.1.0.3

And Seems that 12.1.0.3 CC does not want to store the ASM 12c asmsnmp password. Tests OK, just doesn't store it.
