Wonderful.
It is 'generally well known' that this is the case. (But that doesn't usually impress contract lawyers.)
Until it actually gets clarified in the doc, we'll have the joy of talking to our sales reps for each opportunity. And they will, of course start with "Let me check..." ;-)
