Thanks. With Aix, that doesn't exist. Simply setting LOCK_SGA on or off
does the trick.
There is also a user capability that can be turned on or off as needed
and it decides if Oracle can use largepages or not.
I noted that a few years ago here:

And that reminds me I need to update it for Aix 7.1: things are slightly
different there!
Wonder if someone with Solaris experience on this could come up with a
similar page so we got most *n*xes covered?
