Use the 11.2 listener instead of the 11.1 listener. Just copy in the 11.1 listener.ora, stop the 11.1listener and start the 11.2listener. Once the 11.2 listener is running DBUA will do the upgrade without problems. But I am not sure that 11.2 runs in win32.
