Yes, I read that... but my problem with it is that nowere does it say that EM itself is "free"... It goes on about the database and WLS, but not the actual OEM software.
The same goes for the price list. There's a price for each pack under Enterprise Management, but it doesn't have the line "OEM itself, without additional packs is free".
