Grid (cloud) Control licensing

   I have a customer interested in implementing basic grid control, they already have the diagnostics and tuning pack for their databases.

  As I understand GC licensing, they don't need any additional license, and GC restricted use license covers WL and the repo database.

  I have two questions:

1. is my understanding of GC licensing correct?
2. Where can I find an official document (price list? MOS note, OTN article?) stating this (so I can forward it to the customer).
