AIX - check ULIMIT for RUNNING Oracle PID ??

I need to verify that the database was started up using the right ULIMIT settings. In Linux you can look at /proc/$pid/limits (I believe) to see the limit settings for the running process. How can I do that in AIX? Anyone? Anyone?
