Well, I said *n*x. Which means most definitely not Windows. Of course you can install vim on Windows, but did it come with it? I think not. Also if you bother to check, you'll find cut in Solaris and Linux. And more than likely on the Mac as well - assuming it is relatively new. I suggest you check how long I've been using Unix before you decide to embark on the "let's discredit the wog"caper. Is that clear or do I have to use smaller words?
