In addition, when I attempt to restart the log states BEA-171920- Could not obtain an exclusive lock for directory $ORACLE_FMW_HOME/user_projects/domains/mydomain/servers/ManagedServer_1/data/ldap/ldapfiles. I believe the process that has gone into an uninterruptible sleep waiting for something - maybe response from SAN (Clustered File System) that will never happen - holds a lock on this directory.
