You are right, and was able to make it work. You are much sharper than my SR analyst.

I am able to execute the stored procedure without AUTHID clause. I changed the lower and upper port to 25.

That was the missing piece in my example. I do not anticipate further hiccups - 90% of the work is on 10% of the project. (in this case 99% is to 1%).

  1. Created user
  2. assigned privileges/ created acl
  3. only change is lower_port set to 25 (which is smtp port) not 80 as in your example. in your company smtp port is 80?
  4. Received email from plsql block
  5. received email from stored procedure.

I'd just try changing lower_port to 25 and try. This is 11203 btw, i am sure it will be same in 11202.
