- Created user
- assigned privileges/ created acl
- only change is lower_port set to 25 (which is smtp port) not 80 as in your example. in your company smtp port is 80?
- Received email from plsql block
- received email from stored procedure. I'd just try changing lower_port to 25 and try. This is 11203 btw, i am sure it will be same in 11202.
