Advanced Compression features on non-Engineered systems/storage

What Oracle Advanced Compression features are available on environments other than the likes of Exadata and Pillar Axiom ? If I install 11.2.0.3 on OEL 5.6 but no commodity hardware and a "regular SAN", can I use "COMPRESS FOR QUERY" and "COMPRESS FOR ARCHIVE" (with the Advanced Compression licence). Or am I limited to "COMPRESS [BASIC]" and "COMPRESS FOR OLTP" only ?
