While you are at it, check the section "Restricted-Use Licensing" a bit further, and also look at Chapter 1 of

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11857_01/license.111/e11987/toc.htm for Grid Control 11g

Since Cloud Control monitors 10g-11gR2 databases, I'd encourage going to the Cloud Control instead of Grid Control if you can.
