While you are at it, check the section "Restricted-Use Licensing" a bit
further, and also look at Chapter 1 of

Control 12c or

Control 11g
Since Cloud Control monitors 10g-11gR2 databases, I'd encourage going to the Cloud Control instead of Grid Control if you can.
