Whenever I have this problem I drop XDB and recreate it but you will need to bounce the database between those 2 actions. There's a MOS note about the scripts to run to properly drop and recreate XDB.

Thanks,
Finn

Subject: ACLS oracle 11 UTL_MAIL.

11.2 Redhat LInux.
I've migrated to 11g . I use email. So I need to set up acls but the XDB portion of the database is invalid and was when it was a 10 db.

What would you do? Can XDB be dropped and recreated?

I will set up a SR but just wonderd if anyone had this problem and a quick way of sorting it.
