for now there more questions than answers for me...
- what is os/version ? -> RHEL 5
- what is oracle rdbms version ? -> Oracle 11G with latest version
- who gives you such recommendation ? -> Oracle
- what is your oracle instance memory allocation(sga/pga) ? -> 3 instances
with 50% of Physical Ram
- what is actual memory allocation at os level(like /proc/meminfo) ? -> Same 200 GB each
- do you use large(huge) pages ? -> No
