I suspect it is possible if you have a strong knowledge of windows, I suspect it is possible to make sure that the thumb drive always gets assigned the same drive letter, in which case you should be able to install the client once, ensure it works, then export the required registry settings and path changes to make it work. However, it would require a much better knowledge of windows than I have currently. It might make an interesting project to figure out exactly how to do it.
