Hi,
I think the configuration of eth1:1 is correct:
eth1:1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:56:9A:00:88
inet addr:169.254.203.77 Bcast:169.254.255.255 Mask:255.255.0.0
See 11gR2 Grid Infrastructure Redundant Interconnect and ora.cluster_interconnect.haip [ID 1210883.1]:
Grid automatically picks free link local addresses from reserved 169.254.*.* subnet for HAIP. According to RFC-3927, link local subnet 169.254.*.* should not be used for any other purpose.
This is from one of our clusters:
[xxxx ~]$ /sbin/ifconfig | grep -B1 -A1 169 bond1:1 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:19:99:BA:AE:CE
inet addr:169.254.50.253 Bcast:169.254.255.255 Mask:255.255.0.0 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MASTER MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
