Bug 15990359 : ORA-600 QESLINIT1:NULL_COLNUM IN NESTED TABLE looks like created on behalf of your SR! But there's no solution yet.
207500 and 193958 are object ID's. I guess some base table columns have zero lengths, which is wrong. Maybe related to streams?
