That message may be confusing. What it says is that your sum of shared memory segment sizes is too low. You have 17 lines in your `ipcs -m' output with owner oracle (actually, the script doesn't care about owner, which is a defect), most of them with size 393216. The sum is only a few MBs, well below 100000000. Make sure you have started all Oracle instances on this box before you run the script, and AMM is disabled.
Note 401749.1 you referenced is not found on MOS for some reason. But you can find similar script in standard documentation, such as http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b32009/appi_vlm.htm#CACFIHHA
