Isn't Oracle supposed to be 'setting' the standard for backend data processing -- or in this case a little front end maybe. Either I'm not getting in at all, or I have completed this reply before seeing anything... but I've waited a minute already.

Subject: MOS down. For maintenance?

I'm attempting to access MOS this morning and I get logged on, eventually, but all I see is a note that says "MOS unavailable, read Site Alerts on the Dashboard page". Ok, I can live with that.

Unfortunately, there is no Site Alerts section on my dashboard, and not only that, I can't add one either.

Does anyone else have this/these problems? I've got an outstanding SR that I need to access the latest updates from Oracle on, and I can't.

Ta.

Cheers,
Norm.
