I think it unlikely you will get much help with this request in its current form.
The reason: too much SQL and no test case.
Try creating a simple test case that can be presented here the demonstrates
the issue.
That means the code to build the table, populate the table, and reproduce
the issue you see.
The by-product of building a test case is often the solution to the problem. :)
