Sheesh, I should be paying better attention to topics...:) I've done numerous optimization projects with fusionIO for the SSD option, among others...

I can give you a few ideas where to start on "what" should move.

1. Inspect temp usage and see if high IO is an issue here that could benefit a move.
2. Look at objects, indexes and tables that have high IO, time spent on scans.
3. I think articles already give this solid advice but don't put redo logs on SSD.. You will not attain a performance gain.

Although any SSD will offer enhanced performance, there are so many other pieces of hardware between the database and the SSD option you choose that can throttle performance... Carefully look at choices on bus, firmware,etc... Also recognize the lifespan of some of this hardware and the cost to mirroring.

Create its own ASM diskgroup, yet and enjoy....=)
