To be fair, the OP is Prabhu Krishnaswamy, not Mohamed Houri. Mohamed is trying to help (as are we all of course).

If you go back through the thread, you see:

- Prabhu asks the question
- David Fitzjarall asks for a trace
- Mohamed asks for explain plan
- David also asks for version number
- Now Mohamed replies to justify that some help can be offered even
though the OP did not supply version
- David replies (in effect to Mohamed, although that isn't explicit) as if he is the OP "Yet you are logged into the problem database with the version information in full view at login". But Mohamed is not the OP and can't provide that. After that post, confusion reigns.

AFAIK, Prabhu who posted the original question hasn't yet provided any of the information he has been asked for, or responded in any way to the suggestions that have been made. It is Prabhu who needs to follow your (Tim's) advice on how best to help himself.

Now, keep calm and carry on!

Cheers

Nigel
