through the eventual bankruptcy proceedings. Hmm, I think you guys are a tad too negative on the future outlook for RIM. They still have a good chance of pulling through. No, I don't expect them to be as dormant as they were in the past, but as a company with a profile similar to HTC. Not too great a prospect, but not disaster either.

That is an opinion from someone married to android systems. I found their hardware fine, but hated paying for BES and BIS. That made them a tad expensive for my taste.

Now assuming they would be here for a while, or at least for 2 years, the job opportunity would be great. Not to the company but for a candidate as the pay will be purely cash. And they seem to have a lot of oracle high end technology which mean not boring either. If I had the necessary experience, I would investigate what the position offers.
