Oy vey - that's going to make performance tuning interesting in 11g with the developers/end-users. Sometimes we have this performance slowness, sometimes we don't!

End-User runs query = slow, DBA runs query after issue is reported, queryúst.
Gah. Good to be aware of it moving into 11g.
