The patch and install instructions always seem to leave vague questions like that unanswered - that is, the instructions are to open to interpretation.
I *think* that and 11.2.0.3 database includes the 11.2.0.1 and 11.2.0.2 fixes/patches etc so in effect you are applying this patch to a database that meets the 11.2.0.1 requirement - though if that is true, then it would be better for the patch to say 11.2.0.1 or later as they do in some patches. I'm interested in hearing the answer on this one myself actually.
