        Looks like limitations are 1000 columns. So please check on which SQL you are getting this error message

We have upgraded a database from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 last night. Post upgrade, we are getting ora-3113 error while running a query on the table which consists more than 550 columns and 750 columns.  

We are hitting a bug or this is known issue ? Any suggestions are highly appreciable.
