It depends on the size of the database and redundancy level, not based on the number of data files and concurrent sessions

IIRC the conservative estimate is 3MB/100GB in external redundancy. Multiple the numbers by number of fail groups (in case of external or high).

Also the ASM AU size plays a bigger role in shared pool usage.
