Seeing ASH, reminds me (and maybe Randolf's stuff covers this but didnt get that far yet) but another option you can use is to look at the time series data of wait events for the each px server from ASH select program, sample_id, event from gv$active_session_history where ... and visualize it like such

which gives you a per px server, per ash sample time series view. From that it should be pretty obvious if there is skew, then you would need to drill down a bit to find the plan line etc.
