Un-able to upload xml file - Error:ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

        Just an update Today I have checked my Grid and found more error messages Management Services and Repository with "Thread: XMLLoader0 xxxxxxx.xml Failed to load xxxxxxxxxxx.xml even after 2 attempts; moving to errors directory. Error:ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition , File name:/xxx/xxx/xxxxxx.xml"

        When we checked in the metalink found a note 303359.1 and checked the job_queue_process is set to 0 and we have changed to 10 and it is working fine.

        Now I am trying to find out the root cause of Job_queue_process changed to zero.

        Did any one faced the problem of restarting the repository DB caused or some other reason job_queue_process changed to zero?
