I'm guessing most Oracle-l readers are not those type of pl/sql programmers, regardless of IDE. :)
To answer another poster, I have the latest version of toad. Yuck. Fully licenced by company.

Agree, learn on command line. Use IDEs to improve productivity, not as a crutch.
Typing on a phone in a taxi sucks.
