Apologies if this has already been mentioned. And I don't know if this exists of other DB data dictionary views. But I would love to see a UNIT (of measure) column in V$SPPARAMETER, V$PARAMETER, and in SQL*PLUS output from the SHOW PARAMETER <string> command. Dana
