OEM Alert for deadlock

Hi,
We need to monitor the deadlock of database through OEM.

I could see the metric "Deadlock" in OEM.As per oracle notes this metric we can set different warning and critical threshold values for each "Time/Line Number" object.

Could you please explain what does mean "Time/Line Number" object.

My objective is that alert need to be generated if database detects deadlock.
