The grid infrastructure installation guide has a good example configuration:

Note that for DRAC you need to enable ipmi over lan in the configuration utility (during startup).

During the clusterware installation you then just need to enter the user name and password for the management board. When the management board is already installed or you need to change the ipmi configuration, you can use the steps outlined here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/rac.112/e16794/admin.htm#CHDGIAAD
