the output of "show sga" is being dumped to dba_hist_sga which is what is shown as start and end values on the AWR report then the dba_hist_pgastat "total PGA allocated" shows you the PGA section on the AWR report
so the
sum(value) of dba_hist_sga + dba_hist_pgastat "total PGA allocated" = total Oracle memory consumption per snap_id
this is very useful for memory capacity planning purposes..
