Red Gate frequently give away free ebooks, and it's all legal and above board too! The Tom Kyte one linked above is a zip file containing the second edition of the book, covering 9i to 11g, and includes pdf, epub and mobi formats. It should be good for kindle (mobi) and other (epub) eReaders.
