Anyone running 11gR2 on AIX 5.3?

Working on upgrading from 10.1.0.5 to 11.2.0.3 on AIX 5.3. I've patched AIX up to TL12 SP5, which should be the terminal release. I've installed 11.2.0.3.0, as well as AIX APAR IV11158 to fix binary linking issues. I've created a small generic DB from scratch and all seems well with it.
Today I see MOS 1260095.1 "11gR2/Aix - Dedicated Server Proceses Have Large Usla Heap Segment Compared To Older Versions" that says it's recommended to upgrade to AIX 6.1 or 7.1 and then apply an Oracle patch.
So....is anyone running Oracle 11.2.0.3 on AIX 5.3 then? Since I was following the installation requirements and AIX 5.3 is valid, upgrading the OS is way out-of-scope for this project...
