Does "lsnrctl services" list the service named "test"? Did you add "test" to service_names parameter?

We recently built a RAC 2 node Environment. ****

I created a service named "test" and configured 2 nodes as preferred. ****

when I am connecting using sqlplus, I am getting the following error.****
