North East Ohio Oracle Training Seminar -- Registration Opens

Last year there was a complaint from this list that they wished they had heard about this seminar ... so ...

Registration has opened for NEOOUG's 2012 Training Days.

The two day, Oracle Training Days event on May 14 and 15, 2012 being held in Cleveland Ohio, is now open for registration.

The conference features Oracle lumanaries: Cary Millsap, Richard Niemiec and Stewart Bryson. Cary Millsap is an Oracle software performance specialist. He wrote the book "Optimizing Oracle Performance" (O'Reilly 2003), for which he and co-author Jeff Holt were named Oracle Magazine's 2004 Authors of the Year. *Rich Niemiec** *is an Oracle Ace Director. Rich is one of six originally honored worldwide Oracle Certified Masters. In 2007, he authored the Oracle bestseller "Oracle10g Performance Tuning Tips & Techniques," an update of his previous 2 Oracle best sellers on Oracle8i and Oracle9i Performance Tuning. *Stewart Bryson*, a recipient of the Oracle ACE Award, is Managing Director for Rittman Mead America, and since 1996 has been designing, building and supporting complex database systems and data warehouses.

In addition to seeing Cary, Rich and Stewart the conference is presented in four tracks: DBA, Developer, Oracle Business Intelligence, and Fundamentals. The presentations are appropriate for those just starting with Oracle as well as those who have been working with the technology for a long time.

Additional speakers include: Joel Kallman, Ric Van Dyke, Robert Freeman, Jeremiah Wilton, Robby Rodstein, local Oracle professionals, and others.

Attendees will receive lunch and snacks throughout the days, the book Pro Oracle SQL (Expert's Voice in
Oracle)<>and are invited to a special networking event planned for Monday early evening starting just after the day's last session and ending before 9:00 at the Cleveland State Student Union. Those that register will also receive a discount to Cary Millsap's Mastering Oracle Trace data class held in the same building on the Wednesday immediately following the seminar.
