For AT&T, it's <10-digit number>_at_txt.att.net

There are 2 formats for OEM Alerts. Long and short. Figure out what the email address format is for your pager and have it send a short format alert to that email address.

I know for Verizon, you can send it to <10 digit phone number>_at_vtext.com and the message comes in as a text-message.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Grid Control : 10.2.0.5
I could upgrade to a newer release if it works in those versions.

can the OEM send a page? Or a text message? can the OEM call a shell script? We have a shell script that will open a ticket for us and send a page.

anyway to configure OEM to use that?
