Value 2 of p1 (FileOperation) seems to be the most common. By reading some bug reports on MOS, I think this 2 means file open. It preceeds events registered as file read. A long wait on file open may be due to the bug that two open() calls are made to an ASM disk (bugs 11835370, 11835370, etc).
